• Shipping and Delivery: We strive to deliver your LED neon sign within the estimated timeframe. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during shipping.

• Returns and Cancellation Policy: Since personalized neon and 3D signs are made to order, no refunds are possible.
  Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. In case of cancellation after this time, no refund will be made.

• Limited Warranty
  NEON 3D provides a limited warranty for all neon LED signs manufactured by us. The warranty period is 2 years, starting from the date of delivery. During this warranty period, if the customer discovers and reports any malfunctions or issues with the goods, NEON 3D has the following options:
  • Repair: NEON 3D may choose to repair the products at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Replacement: NEON 3D may opt to replace the products with new ones, free of charge to the customer.
  • Refund: NEON 3D may refund the customer's purchase price.
  Please note that the warranty will be void under the following circumstances:
  • If any repairs on the product have been carried out without the consent of NEON 3D.
  • If mechanical damage caused by the customer's fault is detected.
  • If damage caused by natural disasters such as flood, storm, lightning strike, fire, or earthquake is detected.
  • If the product has been used inappropriately or for a purpose other than its intended use.
  • If a standard sign without moisture protection has been exposed to the risk of water ingress due to the customer's inaccurate handling or placement.
